Terms and conditions:

Rates do not include entertainment or wedding photographer. Outside catering fee : US$ 250. Corkage fee will also applied for every beverage taken from outside, US$ 6 / bottle.

This special package only valid untill 31 March 2009. Villa Victoria reserves the right to change any information without prior notice.

Payment and Cancellation:

First Down Payment:
A 50% deposit is required for space booking within 1 (one) week after we receive your booking inquiry. This 50% deposit includes space booking and first down payment.

Remaining Balance:
To be settled 1 (one) month prior to the event.

If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the event we will deduct an administration fee of US$ 500.

Booking cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event are subject to forfeiture of deposit. Final payments (if received) are non-refundable.

Payment of deposit by bank transfer should be transferred to Villa Victoria’s bank account. Any fees incurred from bank transferred procedures will be the responsibility of the clients.
